Mental & Emotional Well-being

Good mental and emotional health is essential to engaging in life, connecting with others, and a meaningful place in society. When looking to provide support, there is immense need in a multitude of areas be they socio-economic in nature, challenges of a disability, or the impacts of trauma, abuse, loss, grief, and isolation.

When we experience challenges to our mental health — either episodic or life-long — the support systems we need can be hard to find, overloaded, or failing.  The Foundation contributes to initiatives that help alleviate these challenges, reducing the forces that undermine us, and supporting action toward building stability, and ultimately well-being, into our lives.
